Ms. Chiquita R. Young is the Founder and President of LeGacy. Ms Young has 15 years of progressive business experience gained in the federal government and the private sector. As a former Contracts Manager and Small Business Program Manager with the Department of Energy, Ms. Young has broad experience with the processes and systems of the federal government. During her federal career, she was recognized for superior performance and leadership for eight consecutive years (1989-1996). During her federal career Ms. Young was recognized by the Secretary of Energy for achieving unparallel small business program results on behalf of the Department of Energy.

Ms. Young’s experience in the public sector is complemented by her career in the private sector. As former Vice President of Operations for a stellar commercial organization, Ms. Young has gained valuable insight and experiences in providing quality business solutions. With her extensive experience in the government and commercial arenas, Ms. Young is uniquely qualified to provide service and business excellence to a broad range of clients.
